My notifications are broken. What can I do?

If you do not get notifications, most of the time the reason is that notifications have been disabled in the settings. You can activate them in the mysms settings.

  1. Check your mysms settings
    Open the mysms sidebar on your Android tablet and tap on “Notifications” to turn them on. Additionally, you can set up the ringtone, the vibration and the blinking LED.

  2. Check your Android settings
    Check if the following option is activated in your Android settings:
    Android tablet settings – Wi-Fi – further settings (right-hand corner) – Advanced – Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep – Always
